Ebony Development LLC began in 1995 in the Hill District, the result of a vision of Irvin and Janicee Williams. They were both with Primerica Financial Services and Irvin's dream was to open an office in the Hill District if he "ever got two nickels to rub together."

"My family has been integral in this business," Irvin said. "I'm very proud of that."
