African-American members of PMTCC represented 30 percent of the "Girls and Gears" crowd. PMTCC has been successfully organizing and participating in rides and events in Pittsburgh and beyond. Organized by member Shelia Woods, "Girls and Gears" is an example of the many themed rides PMTCC coordinates. From Couples Ice Cream Rides to "Wednesdays at the OTB Cafe," PMTCC offers something for everyone, at all levels, from beginners to advanced riders and in between.
