Somehow Boscov's never caught on in the old Kaufmann's space. Pittsburghers were so married to Kaufmann's it was hard for many of us to go into Boscov's without withdrawal pains.
Boscov's gave it all they had by sending out coupons and great offers but there wasn't much inside that you couldn't find somewhere else.With Pittsburgh's shrinking population we can't be expected to shop and eat everywhere.
