In a stirring message themed "The State of the Enemy," Rev. [Reverend B. DeNeice Welch] said that the government, insurance and banking industries, poverty, improper education and rampant crime and violence today are the enemies. She referenced a University of Pittsburgh study which "points us to the grim reality of what it means to be African-American in the most racist-I mean, the most livable city in America," she quipped.
