Summary


The league featured such stars as Myron Brown, Armon Gilliam, Drew Shifino, Chaz McCrommen Nate Gerich, Jason Hood, and newcomer Don Hennon, who was brought to the league by former Schenley and City League legend Ricky "Black Magic" Coleman.

STARS COME OUT-Former UNLV star, now coach Karen Hall, left, and former Fifth Avenue and Notre Dame legend Dwight "The Ice Man" Clay. Clay ended UCLA's 88-game winning streak Jan. 19, 1974 by draining a jumper from the corner with 0:29 seconds remaining. The nickname "The Ice Man" was earned on Jan. 13, 1973, when Clay hit a jump shot with two seconds left as Notre Dame defeated Marquette 71-69-ending an 81-game winning streak by the Warriors.

SCORING MACHINE-Rise High point guard and "06" tournament MVP Anthony "The Greyhound" Rivera does battle with newcomer Don Hennon.
