State Rests Case in Sandwich Shop Trial

Summary

An Allegheny County Jail inmate testified in Common Pleas Court that Andra "Little Dre" Crisswalle told him he was in jail because he "shot a guy in a wheelchair."

"He asked me why I was in (jail) and I asked him," said Vinansky, adding Crisswalle told him, "The best way to keep a secret between three people is if two of them are dead."

"When you saw that, didn't you tell jail guard Ron Al-ford, 'I didn't know he was charged with anything like that. He doesn't seem like the kind of guy who would do that,'" asked [James Wymard, Vinansky].
