According to the initial charges, [Ron Suber] fondled the girl as she slept, then forcibly had sexual intercourse with her Nov. 3, 2001. Police were called the next day after the girl reported the assault to her mother. After a warrant was issued for Suber's arrest, he turned himself in Nov. 26.
