Tereneh: "1) Blacks: We need to be more visionary. Think beyond Black and white and build coalitions with other people of color. 2) Women, take leadership and power. Don't ask, demand your fair pay. 3) Business leadership: Be creative and do diversity, for real. You are [trailing] business in other parts of the country. Your actions speak volumes. 4) Gays and lesbians: Build coalitions with other minorities. This is "human" rights. 5) Political leadership: Get a vision. 6) Whites: Don't be satisfied with segregation (not just where you live but who you party with, etc.). That is for all ages, all communities. 7) News media: a). You can teach, b). North Side is made up of several neighborhoods. If something happens in Regent Square you say Regent Square. But if something happens in East Allegheny, Perrysville, Manchester, it is [reported as] all North Side. It does a disservice to the entire community. 8) Young people: Don't follow the same paradigm of current leadership. Create your own model."
